I asked for a telephone appointment on Monday and the earliest I could be fitted in was Thursday. Although a little disappointing, this was ok for me, as it was not an emergency. On Thursday, as expected, the call from the doctor came in the morning, which was great. I explained what the matter was. Dr Seaton listened, ask questions, understood my situation and was able to advise me and answer my queries. I was very happy with the service I received.
