Receptionist are rude / unfriendly and unhelpful and are many patients 1st point of contact.
Nurse wasnt interested in my illness and couldnt get me out of the door quick enough.
Today 19/2/16 told to phone back on 24/2/16 as they have 0 appointments left for next week with a GP & no nurse appointmnets for 2 weeks because she is on holiday.
Absolutley appalling service.
