I have recently joined "Vision on line" - Pretty straight forward to set up once I received my login details. Great to use, book appointments and prescriptions when it suits me.
No more ringing at 8am to try an get an appointment with the Dr - brilliant.
It should take the pressure off the admin staff, less phone calls.
