As a medical professional trying to contact this surgery with patient information I waited for 6 minutes for the phone to be answered. On reaching the front of the 'queue' I was promptly cut off. Rather frustrating, and I am sure that a GP making a referral to my hospital team would be equally frustrated if they had to wait for a similar length of time.
