Could possibly utilise online booking for appointments. I realise there is high demand for on the day but wonder if the Internet could be used to reduce call times. I realise it cannot fully replace phone calls but could make the wait times in the morning less for those that have little choice. Having said that I have always managed to get an urgent appointment when needed even if it is after the usual on the days have been booked.
