I would like to make a complaint regarding your receptionists attitude they need more training in customer care,,I am a cancer patient, I phoned the surgery today asking for a appointment to see a doctor as I have severe swollen feet and I cannot walk because I'm in so much pain,she said I had to waite 2 weeks to see a doctor, I ask her if I could speak to a supervisor she said no.she said her name was Tracy, I could only be offered a telephone call from Dr whitiker, ,,,,,,no good enough,,,,,,
