Its not possible to give a review of treatment because its impossible to get an appointment. You have to ring on the day and wait in a queue - repeat daily until you are actually lucky enough to get an appointment. This surgery needs to remember that for working people this repeated ringing is not practical or indeed in some jobs not possible. I feel for the receptionists
