the surgery is there to enable you to NOT directly contact anyone you wish
to communicate with. the services once available no longer exist. GO TO MYGP IS THE IN THING which from a patient point of view is perfect for the practice but detrimental to the populist, from the limited amount allowed be ill to the infallible telephone line that can diagnose any illness, (and can keep them away from the great unwashed).If its urgent, the fastest comes into play and they must reply, usually replying the next day being hopeful that things have resolved themselves, and claim a victory for the system.
Suggested improvements
i don't think so but given time they will improve and keep them selves above reproach as one of the great that deified the great epidemic.
