A good clean health centre, unfortunately run on very old models. Practice nurse appointments run poorly due to appointment bases admin system, I am used to open nurse surgery. I can very rarely get anyone to answer the phone, the admin team seem busy, but then they will be as the systems there are antiquated even though the buildings are new. I feel the practice would benefit from an admin systems review, I am sure the otherwise helpful and caring staff could get much more done more efiiciantly if they had a decent system base to support them.
