You appear to be having problems with the online repeat prescription system. At least twice in recent months I have gone online, submitted a repeat prescription request, got a confirmation of my order being submitted, got an email reminder a week later, gone to the chemist to collect my prescription only to be told that they have never received it. I then visited the surgery in Spencer St. to be told that they have no record of my request for a repeat prescription. I then suggested to the receptionist that if she gets a list of my medication up on her screen I could tell her which items I needed, but when I tried to look at the list of my own medication on the computer screen I was told I was not allowed to look at it due to data protection. In the end, feeling quite frustrated that I could not easily achieve the simple task of getting a repeat prescription I went home and started the whole online process again. When I logged into my online account and checked my repeat prescription history it does show that I did in fact submit the request that no one received.
