I have recently registered to make appointments/repeat prescriptions online although have been a patient at the practice for over 30 years. I found it easy to book an appointment with my preferred doctor (Dr Ramiah) but suspect that this would have been more problematical had I wished to see one of the more senior members.
I felt that my comments and concerns were listened to, and opinions sought about possible treatment/investigations, without feeling under pressure due to time allowed for the appointment. I have not as yet ordered repeat prescriptions online so cannot comment on its efficiency or ease of use.
