Would not recommend this surgery at all, been here 5 years was somewhat ok to begin with, although still waiting for issues to be sorted some from birth 5 years ago, any other surgery would of had this simple thing sorted.. the last few months has been horrendous with the receptionist laughing on multiple occasions when I’ve stated how low I am or hanging up the phone…they have 0 empathy or compassion.. the manager and Dr Scott are even worse.. I thought Dr ridge was ok until he agreed for me to be removed and I had also explain to him why I was so distressed and seemed to of understood I thought… The manger refuses to listen to Complaints
