I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful from the receptionists through to the nurses. The waiting area and treatment rooms are clean and tidy too. The only downside is that I find the rooms a little too warm for me but understand that some patients feel the cold. The screen in the room telling patients when to go through to see the doctor or nurse is also helpful as I have hearing problems and seeing my name and the room number makes it easier.
