How is it possible that you have me waiting for (currently and still waiting) two hours and 18 minutes and I’m still in a queue above 19 people. I don’t believe you have a a high volume of calls as your online service is also being used.
What an absolutely rubbish surgery you are! Whilst other surgeries have been taking calls for a while now, you e only just started doing so. Shame on you! You are failing your patients.
