Of the two last doctors I have seen one said I said something I didn't and the other said something wrong was annoying which again I didn't say. The second effectively said she didn't care but you couldn't repeat that back to her for fear of what she would do. The practice manager once wrote to be to say they don't allow complaints in writing which isn't right and complaints or reporting errors is meant to help them as well as the person writing in but they don't see this.

I would be more impressed if the doctor could actually cure someone and didn't shout at them which implies they are disgruntled. They also seem to assume that their 'patients' who they don't seem to consider as people can live without income or funding.
