Repeatedly I have tried to gain an appointment to be told that I won't be able to have one for over 16 days! I suffer from problems with my ears and skin that the surgery know about yet I resort to wasting hospital doctors time to get a simple diagnosis and prescription. We used to have no problems with this surgery when I was a child but am seriously considering moving doctors now I am an adult and can make the decision myself.
