I did an online consultation ( which is a great idea) and booked an appointment to see Dr Hamendra Petal who was extremely helpful. The way the Dr explained how eczema happens and what we can do to help with his paint and wall illustrations was beautiful. I really wish doctors will take their time to explain diagnosis to patients so we ourselves can understand what’s going on so we can do research to help ourselves. 10 stars to Dr Petal !!! Thank you so much

All the staff are helpful G.Ps brilliant, obviously you have a favorite but generally are good. Some of the receptionists are very helpful and a couple could do with a change of attitude. Getting appointments is nightmare especially challenging to get through on the phones. All in all, a very good service.

All of the staff at SLGP are very polite and helpful. No dragons on the reception desk to get past.
