It is difficult and time consuming at times to make appts. especially as they are generally booked up for a few weeks. However I've found receptionists to be quite helpful. The doctor has taken time to examine and explain without me feeling pressured or rushed and further tests appts etc sorted quickly. I've had a few tests and then letters requesting me be seen or phone r results and follow up appts have been fairly quickly.
