had appointment with nurse today self check in was not working 7 queuing. Nurse saw me 30 minutes late. leaflets on posters were not available on rack. my wife phoned to make an appointment with her GP as she had been prescribed a medication that the pharmacist said she should not take. Told no appointments available in the morning asked to call after 2 p.m when she called after 2 p.m was told her doctor was not working in the afternoon. Seems like there is little or no organisation at the surgery.
