I phoned at 0831 to make an appointment and got an automated message saying the surgery was closed (appointments line is supposed to open at 0830). Redialled and then got busy tone for 10 minutes. Finally got connected only to get an automated message "we're sorry for the delay, our surgery lines are still busy. Please hold and we will connect you as soon as possible". Finally got to talk to someone at 0847
This is not the first time the appointments time has opened late. It's just not good enough.
