My family have been with this practice for 16 years since moving to Shirley. We have invariably received prompt, accurate and sympathetic treatment and support, including in my case through major cardiac surgery in 2010. The reception area has recently been upgraded, including new staff for whom I gather maintaining good communications with local pharmacies is a priority; from a patient service viewpoint, any transition appears seamless. We have always found the medical staff, doctors and nurses to be of a high standard. I understand that the practice will be expanding and welcome this.
