I rang 104 times between 8am and 8.18 this morning to try and get an emergency appointment but it was constantly engaged and when the receptionist finally answered the phone I was told they had no appointments left. I was devastated as I had taken this morning off from work so I could ring as soon as the surgery opened at 8am.
