Be on time - sat here for 9am appt at 9.10am the Dr is not even here yet. When receptionists ask what the appointment is for and have ensured sufficient time booked, both 6 week check and babies 1st injections although advised what they were at booking were not given enough time. Refused appt for 2 weeks for baby, because not registered, is a disgrace. Constant change of doctors- no consistency and have to repeat yourself. Today specifically booked a female Dr. and just overheard the receptionist advise someone else she is no longer on today and it is a male Dr. You should advise people of these changes, at least when they check in, if you cannot do it beforehand. I am seriously close to making a complaint of the unhelpful receptionists and poor way this surgery is run.
