The doctors are always really thorough and helpful, they refer us straight away if it's necessary.
I never leave disappointed.
The receptionists are really nice.

Received appointment on the same day. Doctor was effective carried out the relevant test to ensure I have the appropriate treatment.
Haem reduction advise given to reduce lapse/relapse.
The reception staff are very helpful and supportive.

There is no problem with the care and attention received at Shepherd medical center. Doctor always give 100% care and all staff are pleasant and helpful.
