The GP was very helpful and professional and explained every step of the procedure.

It's a little hard to get an appointment by phone but I know the receptions have done their best to help me.

Very easy to reregister, got an appointment within 2 days of asking. Very professional and friendly. Staff I think the registration appointment with the healthcare assistant is very good idea.
