Thank you for your comments. We offer a standard 10 minutes per appointment but if you have more that one problem to discuss then it is possible to extend that time to 20 minutes. Please ask at reception at the time of booking your appointment.

The fact that I have been able to get an appointment quickly. When a medical problem has arisen, it has been dealt with quickly. Referrals have been made ASAP.
I feel at ease with both doctors, but when I've had a personal problem the female doctor has been available to help and advice me.
