How quick you can get an appointment.

I have always managed to get an appointment within a couple of days.
Reception staff are always helpful and know me by name when I visit the practice, which is nice.
The GP's have been excellent and tried to speed up my referral where necessary.

It's always alright.
Could be more friendly at times. And sometimes the GP are stressed and it feels rushed.

I was listened too.
I got an appointment due to a cancellation which was good for me.
Sheffield Medical Centre was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
