The nurse was last and good explanation why I was here as I got a text to book an appointment.

It is quite hot in the surgery.

Thank you for your feedback. It is much appreciated. With regards to your comment about being hot in the surgery, the temperature has been extraordinarily high. We do have air conditioning in the waiting room
