Good: 1. Prompt attention from receptionist. 2. Staff are friendly and wear nice , cheerful clothes (not medical looking). Could be improved. 1. Receptionist sit very far away from window through which you have to talk (shout). 2. Once a receptionist called me to make an appointment for no clear reason (i.e not clear to me) and when I showed up, it turned out to be a mistake but I received no apology for my missing work etc.
