My mother is diabetic, she has been getting dressings for a wound for 2 months and is not getting better. District nurse have asked practice to refer to hospital specialist but nearly 3 weeks on no referral. Can't get through on phone to talk to someone to find out whats going on with referral. Mother who's unable to speak fluent English was not been taken seriously when trying to call to resolve, District nurse concerned as wound is not getting better and they'e having difficulty getting this resolved too. The care being provided is very poor in the surgery, there is no responsible body on the practice you can contact to sort any issues out, all the GP's working there are locum most of the time.
