On both occasions the nurses I saw were super efficient, on time for our appointments and very easy to talk to. I cannot fault the nursing staff they were wonderful. The reception staff not so much- when waiting I don't want to hear about their local gossip- why their last job was so bad she cried or why a senior receptionist belittled a doctor about not making tea for a colleague. I appreciate that there is an efficient system of signing in.. but a ' good morning' wouldn't have gone amiss... Overall I am pleased with the service of this medical centre however the reception team could do with a little training....

I can WITHOUT FAIL get a doctors appointment for myself or my children same day! Amazing service, best doctors I’ve ever had without a doubt.

I like our surgery, the receptionists are nice and the drs friendly too. I’m generally quite flexible when it comes to appointments so for the most part am fortunate to get one.

The care and treatment given by the receptionists has always been excellent but unfortunately the last 3 times I been there to get blood tests done have not been able to get within a 2week time limit, that is what happens when someone leaves and are not been replaced I have had to get a bus to the royal sussex hospital to get a blood test. This is my only complaint everything else at the surgery work's ok.
