Efficient and knowledgeable receptionist s and Dr very helpful and supportive with reissuing medication .
This is the best doctors surgery I’ve ever been too. The receptionist are lovely, friendly and give a very warm welcome.
And the doctors are lovely, easy to talk too and very understanding.
I never feel rushed out of an appointment like I have with other doctors surgeries. They make you feel like you matter and what you’re going through or ill with is important.
I have found the receptionists so kind and helpful recently - at a time when I really needed a compassionate response. Although appointment systems can be frustrating I have found that I have been able to see a GP when I have needed.
They are such an efficient friendly team, whatever their role in the practice.
In May I had a consultation with Dr Sadler. I had paid for a private diagnosis of Adhd and had the report of which a copy was given. I was there to arrange blood test towards beginning medication. However Dr Sadler, for reasons unknown, instead of referring me to the hospital for tests put me into the year long wait for an Adhd diagnosis, even though I had one with me. As a result I hear nothing for the next 3 months. I decided to follow it up, seeing Dr Ahmed who quickly understood the situation a issued the referrals. This delay due to Dr Sadler not understanding or knowing what he should actually do has cost me an enormous amount of time.
