I believe dr torbati and dr Sadler could benefit from mental health training. If it wasn't for dr Corbett I would most likely not be alive, and certainly would not be accessing the specialist treatment I need. When in the waiting room there is no water to drink. you have to ask a receptionist who has to go behind a locked room to get the water. When booking an appointment receptionists tend to read out your personal details rather than ask. I worry how easy it would be for anyone to call in and find out the answer to the very questions that are supposed to confirm my identity. There used to be a service in the surgery where you could meet with a nurse every week/couple of weeks for support: drinking, healthy eating, etc. I hope they still have that and if they do I wish they publicise it. I was booked to have a flu shot. As I was unwell I was unable to attend. When I called to explain I wouldn't be able to attend receptionist didn't offer another appointment and just hung up. Oh and the magazines are terrible!! I once tried to donate some wired, new scientist and such and they didn't accept it!!
