I really don't have anything positive to say about this surgery or the staff. The doctors are unhelpful and seem to have to look all symptoms up on the NHS direct website which I always do myself anyway. Invariably they will prescribe a course of antibiotics just to get you out quickly so they can get on to the next appointment. I was recently put on medication to take on a long term basis but none of the doctors were able to provide any useful guidance about the potential associated risks. I had to look these up online. I feel like visiting this surgery is a waste of time. The staff are also unhelpful and usually ignore you or behave like you are inconveniencing them. The surgery is clean though, so I was wrong, that's one positive thing.
