It's always difficult getting through on the phone in the morning and even though I start ringing bang on 8 and keep on redial it can take 15 mins to get through.the receptionists are helpful but there are not enough appointments.sometimes there's only one GP on duty.I had to book at Hove Polyclinic for a blood test as the healthcare assistant was being "risk assessed" and no one else does blood tests.the service is limited but everyone is helpful and my needs are usually met.
