We have been at this surgery previously, and have experienced some very negative encounters, with some of the reception staff. Having returned to the area recently, we are extremely pleased to say that the whole experience now, is very pleasurable. Jenny, the lady on reception has brought a breath of fresh air and professionalism. She takes time with each individual, to ensure she makes them feel valued and understood. She always has a smile and is upbeat. She treats people with respect and dignity and proactively tries to solve any problems or concerns. Well done to the surgery for employing such an understanding employee, who has broken the mould, of a stereotypical doctor’s receptionist.

The surgery itself is very tired and in desperate need of a refurbishment.
