Firstly I would suggest that the reception team have some customer service training. I have only ever dealt with one polite and efficient receptionist. The attitude of the others is generally unhelpful and rude.
I have recently called three times to get an appointment only to be told that the first time I was ringing it was too soon for the diary to be available; the second that they weren't sure it was a service they offered and the third that there is only one Doctor who can provide the service and they don't know when that Doctor will be back!! I have been promised a call back but of course this hasn't happened.
I don't think it's a particularly complicated request; I need a contraceptive implant removed because it has come to the end of it's recommended time. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else that can do that.
I haven't had an appointment but this review system makes you choose a date!
I was sorry to read your review. The practice is experiencing very high demand at the moment, and that no one called back as promised.
