I was made to feel at ease - so able to discuss "things" over with the doctor who explained to me and was willing to answer my questions. I appreciate being able to make an appointment to see a doctor but equally being able to "drop in" at the surgery during the mornings, when I am sure of consulting a doctor at short notice.
