No one in this surgery listens...to anything.From the receptionists downward.
I really cannot recommend.
Made me lose the will to live several times( and I am the happiest person I know.)
WILL NOT ANSWER PHONES.
WILL TALK OVER YOU as if you're not there or in any way important/involved.
CANNOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT .
Avoid.
As an aside, they have the worlds most incompetent,unfeeling robot of a *GP* there also.
A GP surgery should be there to assist, to make one better. Every time I was involved with this place, I felt so much worse. Mismanaged from the begnning. I felt violated.
