I recently attended the diabetic clinic for a one to one chat with Ms S Budge, a prescribing nurse. She was exceptionally helpful, patient and informative, advising me why my medication needed to be changed and drawing diagrams to illustrate relevant processes. I left the surgery armed with the necessary prescription and advice; my confidence in my treatment ensured I felt totally cared for. An efficient and well-executed appointment.
