Receptionists are helpful and professional. Easy to get appointments even though I work full time. Doctors and nurses give you time and listen.

My appointment for my daughter (age 2) was at 8.30am yet I wasn't seen until 8.55am. Not great practice making me late for my day and I'm sure the rest of the patients as it will have a knock on effect. The receptionists were apologetic but could do little about it.

The reception staff are very friendly and efficient, by far the most helpful GP reception staff I have ever experienced. I have seen Dr Sarah Wynn-Jones and Dr Tara Stewart. Both were very interested, helpful and motivated. No signs of disillusionment that the media likes to portray in GPs. They really seem to enjoy their jobs and gave me first class advice and care. This practice is an example of excellent NHS service and care.

Sands End clinic is modern and clean. The staff are helpful and appointments tend to run on time. What more could you want?
