It would be useful to have a few appointments available on a daily basis like before. My problem may not be an emergency nor can it wait for a week or more. Right now it is very unlikely to get an appointment within a week. Also emergency clinic wait times can be very often almost 2 hrs. It is almost like going to A&E at the hospital.

Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to feedback. Wait times for routine appointments should improve as we are in the process of recruiting new GPs. The wait times for our walk-in clinics do unfortunately vary from day to day and there can sometimes be up to a 2 hour wait. This is something we are looking into. Thank you for suggesting book on the day appointments, we will discuss this at our next Patient Participation Group Meeting. Thank you again for your feedback.
