Very frustrating,needed to check if letter re medication for my 17 yr old was received from CAMHS because it was needed by SEN for an EHCP and the surgery would not give me any information. I am parent and AA for my 17yr old son who has special educational needs and mental health problems. This information governance wrongly interpreted and how problems are caused with information not being shared with other agencies involved.The other problem is the doctor not even looking up at you when talking to him. I am a healthcare professional and aware of time constraints but it is important to look at our patients and more importantly, that we listen to what our patients says.
