Booking appointments using the online system is brilliant, you can clearly see what slots are available and write a brief note about what you'd like to discuss. This service is perfect for booking appointments in advance. Another online service I use a lot is ordering repeat prescriptions, this system has been faultless so far!
I've had to visit the surgery a lot recently due to an on going health problem. Everyone involved has been brilliant, thoughtful and full of advice. I have been referred to consultants when needed.
