My mother recently consulted a particular doctor and was provided with excellent thorough clinical care for her presenting issue with follow up which was arranged with a hospital consultant. Even though my mother’s case was complex and the doctor clearly busy with on call commitments they still took the time to take things further forward for her. My mother, wife and I were impressed with their professionalism and care. I have to say I have never had an issue getting an appropriately timed appointment. Clearly, they are all trying to provide good quality patient care in testing times and this is appreciated!
