My stepson has been registered with this surgery since birth, he is now 36 and needs some treatment. Because he has not been ill for at least 20 years they say they have no record of him ever being there and are refusing to treat him. He is in isolation and has called 111 and been advised to contact his Doctors!!! This is disgusting and I will be reporting this surgery to the Medical Council when this crisis is over.

I cannot recommend this practice too highly. I mainly see Dr Mead or Dr Toms but I have been seen by Dr Khan and Dr Ainsworth (now partially retired). I say to all my friends and family that I am lucky to be treated by the best practice in the UK.
I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time and an emergency appointment is always possible at very short notice.
All the doctors are very compassionate and very expert. I have unfortunately had to see them often in the last 3 years but I could not have been treated better.
3 years ago I was very ill and in great pain and as it was over Christmas a hospital bed could not be found. I was visited every day by Dr Mead and sometimes by Dr Toms as well. They made sure that I had the best pain killer treatment and they got me a hospital bed as quickly as possible.
My granddaughter and her two children also have the privilege of being treated by this practice and she 100% agrees with my comments.

Reception staff appear to have more advanced medical qualifications than the doctors and appear to know what is wrong with you before even entering the surgery.

Rockleigh Court Surgery I have found to be efficient, welcoming and appointment making is easy.
Referrals are easy and Doctors are friendly, helpful and understanding always helping where they can.
I would thoroughly recommend this surgery.
