I am so disappointed with the appointment booking system. So disappointed that the receptionist is left telling people to complain. All so disappointing because both my Dad and daughter have already given up and moved elsewhere because this side of the practice is not what it once was.
There was a time i couldn't recommend this surgery highly enough. Now I can't recommend it at all.
