When you phone to ask to see the doctor, the receptionist asks what it is regarding. After telling them and going to the appointment it turns out it has been made with the nurse. The nurse sees me but tells me I need to make an appointment with the doctor to get the medication so I have to make another appointment and return to the surgery at a different time. This has happened three times now! When I call to see my gp I would like to see the gp!
