Tried to get a flu vaccine for my two year old and was told they'd run out and weren't going to have any more. They couldn't advise me on anywhere else that might be able to help (despite sharing a reception area and waiting room with a practice that I discovered did have it in stock) and the closest they came to helping me was telling me to phone a pharmacy a couple of miles away that couldn't help because pharmacries are not allowed to give children the flu vaccine.
Their rivalry with the practice next door obviously comes at the cost of patient wellbeing. Their reception staff were deeply unhelpful and woefully ill-informed and I have no intention of taking my family there in future.
