The receptionist was outstanding!I was pulling into the car park when she phoned me to say the current patient booked was delayed and to come straight away.Mr Macdonald would attend to me & carry out my surgery!I thanked her for her prompt reaction in allowing me to take the whole
thing there and then! I was really impressed!
Thank her please again!
